This will be a day in which new and already inpsired enterpreneurs can learn and gather resources available to them for starting or exanding an agricultural or food business.

Spend the morning with:
- Dr. Chris Peterson the Director of the MSU Product Center for Agruculture and Natural Resourses as he gives a welcome address and provides an outline of the Center and the day's acvitivies.
- Keynote Speaker Eric Villagas (Fork in the Road PBS) as he discusses running a restaurant and the local food network in Michigan.
- MSU Professors and Industry Professionals conducting breakout sessions.

The afternoon will be spent with a Trade Show featuring
- Customers making Michigan Products
- Companies supplying business tools
- Business Service Providers
