Conference Room Scheduling

Two of the Ag Econ conference rooms—219A Ag Hall and 219B Ag Hall—can be scheduled online. Room 219A seats 10 people and is equipped with a video projector and motorized screen; Room 219B seats 6 people; both rooms have whiteboards.

The links at the bottom will take you to the Microsoft Exchange calendar for these rooms. Log on using your normal ANR Windows user name (e.g. "anr\sparty") and password.

Once you see the calendar, you can reserve a room as follows:

1. Click on the date you want on the calendar on the right. The schedule for that day will appear in the middle of the screen, so you can see when the room is available.
2. Click on the "New" button at the left end of the toolbar just above today's date. An Appointment window will open.
3. In the Subject box, enter your function (e.g. committee name), your name and phone number. Make sure the date is correct and set the start and end times for your reservation. Click "Save and Close".

To change a reservation, double-click on the appointment to open it and then change any of the settings or use the Delete button (X) to remove it entirely.

NOTE: When you click the links below, you will be required to log on using your normal ANR Windows user name and password before the calendar will open.
