a/ Assistantship includes health insurance, 9 cr. tuition in Fall & Spring, 4 cr.
b/ Tuition per semester credit is $387.75 (resident and Lifelong Ed.) and $800 (non-resident).
c/ Single-room rate ($2,954 in Fall and Spring; $2,200 (est.) for full Summer session).
d/ $541 per month (standard units).  Carpeted units cost $581 per month.
f/ One-half of $699 per month (standard).
g/ May be lower under housing options 1a and 2a due to $300 food credit per semester.
h/ $900 in Fall and Spring; $300 in Summer.
i/ Does not include the cost of typing/copying/binding of M.S. thesis ($500-$700) or Ph.D. dissertation ($600-$1,300).
j/ Assumes the tax obligation is 10% of the assistantship stipend. Actual tax liability varies depending on factors including marital status and number of dependents.
