Abdullahi Abdulkadri joined the faculty as a Visiting Assistant Professor in the summer of 2007. Before coming to MSU, he completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Health Economics at the Centers for Diseases Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta where he assisted investigators at CDC-funded Prevention Research Centers in conducting economic evaluation of their intervention projects. More recently, he taught econometrics, game theory and operations research at The University of the West Indies, Mona Campus, Jamaica, and has consulted for the Caribbean Commission on Health and Development, the Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre and the Planning Institute of Jamaica.
