Instructions for downloading:

1.  Place the cursor on the file to download
2.  Right click on mouse.This will open up a dialog box.
Note,the dialog boxes are different for Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer
3.  For Internet Explorer,click "Save Target as ".The next dialog box asks you where you want to save the file(drive,followed by filename).After completing these entries, click on "Save" and the file will be downloaded to that location.
4.  For Netscape Navigator,click "Save Link as".The next dialog box asks you where you want to save the file(drive,followed by filename).After completing these entries, click on "Save" and the file will be downloaded to that location
