Ag Econ-O-GramMay 12, 2006 FACULTY MEETINGSFaculty meetings for 2006 Spring semester will be held Fridays, 10:30 am - 12:00 noon, Room 75 Ag Hall on the following dates: May 12 - Cancelled. The next faculty meeting date will be forthcoming. FIRE AND EVACUATION DRILL Sometime between 1pm -4pm on Monday, May 15th, we will be participating with DPPS in conducting our annual fire and evacuation drill. Upon hearing the alarm system activate, please encourage people in your areas to exit the building via the stairs and meet at the large sycamore tree on the east side of the building. If it is raining, our alternate rally point is the North Kedzie entranceway. Once you have left the building, I will be looking for you to check in with either myself or Linda Peters at the rally point, and report that your area is clear or that there are any outstanding issues. Darling ASBESTOS ABATEMENT Abatement of floor tile (250 sq. ft.) containing asbestos materials at AGRICULTURE HALL ROOM 317A will take place on Thursday, May 18, 2006, between 5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Asbestos abatement personnel are required by law to take appropriate measures to contain asbestos fibers within the work area. The area will be cleared for occupancy only after the space is thoroughly inspected.
