Econ. and Economics, is seeking for an Extension Agricultural Policy/Farm Management Specialist Associate/Full Professor; 12 month or 9 month academic year, tenure-track appointment; will develop an Extension educational & outreach program that will address ag. policy, farm/ranch management, and rural issues. Agricultural policy is broadly defined to include farm commodity programs, crop & livestock insurance, and other Federal programs. Farm/ranch management issues include finance, production, and taxation. Rural issues may include business development and emerging rural health care concerns. Required: A Ph.D. in Ag. Econ.; Econ., or closely related field; ability to communicate; ability to plan & execute extension programs; excellence in teaching, and/or outreach, and research; strong interpersonal skills; excellent written & oral communications skills.
