DESERTATION DEFENSE
Dec. 14 - David Neven

FAREWELL
As most of you know, Gloria Bateman has been re-assigned to another unit in the College and her last day with us is Friday, Dec. 10. We wish her well and we will see her in Ag. Hall.

FOOD BANK DRIVE
The Department will again sponsor a food drive for the Greater Lansing Food Bank.  Collection boxes are located in the Atrium.  Please place any food items in the boxes by Thurs., Dec. 16, 3 pm.  We are unable to accept any home canned or home baked items, glass containers or expired date items. THE RICHARD STOCKTON COLLEGE is seeking for a ECONOMICS, Assistant Professor, tenure track, Fall 2005. TEXAS TECH UNIVERSITY , Agricultural and Applied Economics (AAEC) Dept, and the Range, Wildlife, and Fisheries Management (RWFM) Dept. are seeking for a research & teaching tenure-track, Associate/Full Professor level in the area of Natural Resource  Mgt. and Valuation   with an emphasis on Water Policy (Position # 2006 TLF 041).  The candidate will hold a 75% AAEC and 25% RWFM joint appointment.  Required:  requires a Ph.D. in Ag. Econ., Applied Econ., Economics or equivalent.  Preference will be given to candidates with documented experience in interdisciplinary natural resource policy analysis and/or formal course work in natural resource sciences.  Strong econometric skills and a track record on research addressing natural resource related market and non-market valuation issues are highly desirable. Deadline: Begins January 31, 2005 and continue until a suitable candidate is found.
